  • Other personal data you provide us actively, for example by creating an account/profile on this web site or by correspondence through e-mail and/or social media.

Special and/or sensitive personal details we process
Our web site and/or services do not intend to collect personal data of web site visitors younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we can not check whether a visitor is older than 16 or not. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent personal data of minors being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us through [email protected]. We then delete this information.

  • To call or e-mail you if necessary to perform our services;
  • Give you the opportunity to create an account/profile;
  • To deliver you goods and services;
  • Outsole also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax returns.

Automated decision-making
Outsole makes no decisions based on automated and/or software processing on occasions that can have (significant) consequences for people.

The length of time we keep personal data
Outsole does not keep your personal data longer than what’s strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We use the tax authority mandatory retention period of 7 (seven) years for your personal data.

Share personal data with third parties
Outsole will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Outsole remains responsible for these processing operations.
