Exchange? No problem, but check this first!
Not all items can be exchanged. Collectible sneakers, laces with custom tips and numbered apparel are excluded. We state any exceptions upfront on the product page and repeat them at checkout. Use the form below to register an exchange for laces, keychains, merchandise or care products. These items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging.

Register your exchange
Fill in the form below to register your exchange. -
Wait for confirmation
We’ll let you know whether the item is eligible for exchange. You’ll receive the address and further instructions from us. -
Print the confirmation
Print our confirmation email and add it to your shipment. That way we’re sure to process your exchange correctly. -
Pack and ship
Send the items back well packaged within 14 days. Use a secure shipping method and keep the tracking code. Shipping costs and the risk of the shipment are at your own expense. -
Sorted quickly
Once we’ve received your shipment in good order, we usually process your exchange within two business days. We’ll send the new item straight to you as soon as your shipment arrives. You’ll always get a confirmation by email.
If your exchange doesn’t meet the terms or the process above, we’re unfortunately unable to process the shipment.
Right of withdrawal: prefer to return rather than exchange? Then leave the received items field empty. You always have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period, except for the excluded items listed above.
