We may update this privacy policy at any time. Check this page regularly if you use Outsole, so you’re always aware of the latest version.

Outsole processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. We process the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Address details
- Phone number
- Email address
- Bank details
- IP addresses
- Other personal data you actively provide, for example by creating an account or contacting us via email or social media
3. Special and/or sensitive personal data
Our website and services are not intended to collect data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data being collected without parental consent. Outsole processes your data for the following purposes:

- Contacting you when needed for our services

Outsole does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have significant consequences for individuals.

We don’t keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. For administrative and tax purposes, we apply a mandatory retention period of 7 years.

We don’t sell your data to third parties. We only share your data when needed to carry out our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. With companies that process data on our behalf, we sign processing agreements to ensure your data stays just as secure as it is with us. Outsole remains responsible for these processing activities.

Want to exercise one of these rights? Send a request to [email protected] and we’ll respond within two weeks. To make sure the request is really from you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ, document number and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you feel we’re not handling your data with care.

Outsole takes the protection of your data seriously and applies appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
